Matt Loboda is a husband to his wife Kristin and father to five children. They live in Ave Maria, Florida. After 20 years in the green industry, Matt recently left his role as VP of Quality at one of the nation’s largest landscape companies to launch his own consulting firm, helping business owners prepare for a successful and profitable sale.

He holds degrees in Philosophy and Theology from Franciscan University and previously spent four years as a professed member of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, serving the poor in New York City and leading retreats across the country. During that time, he studied under Fr. Benedict Groeschel and deeply discerned his vocation before ultimately being called to marriage and family life.
Matt now speaks at retreats, leads prayer for NFL teams, and shares his family’s testimony of faith- especially the miraculous story of his daughter Joy, who survived a drowning accident with no lasting effects. Her recovery, called a miracle by many in the medical field, has opened the door for Matt and Kristin to walk closely with other parents facing crisis, loss, or fear-offering hope, prayer, and presence.
